Features of the whole machine
This machine adopts fully computerized centralized control. Capable of performing functions such as order replacement, correction, execution, and memory.
All electrical and electronic components are selected from high-quality products.
Choose mesh rollers and rubber rollers for good ink transfer effect. Optional scraper system, good dot printing effect. Each printing group is equipped with a computer ink shortage alarm system and a pressure ink supply system.
The wall panels and important components of the entire machine are made using machining centers.
Phase planetary gear structure, frequency conversion control phase adjustment, fast adjustment, high accuracy.
The main transmission gears of the whole machine are equipped with keyless connecting rings to eliminate gaps and improve printing and die-cutting accuracy.
The main transmission gears are made of alloy steel 20CrMnTi, which has been carburized and ground to achieve long-term transmission accuracy.
All shaft rods are made of steel and have undergone dynamic and static balance operation calibration tests, ensuring smooth high-speed operation of the equipment. The whole machine is equipped with spray lubrication and oil balance device.

Feeding Unit
◆ Four axis decompression leading edge paper feeding system, driven by a variable frequency host and double rubber rollers for paper feeding. Smooth and accurate paper delivery.
Vacuum suction leading edge paper feeding, variable frequency control of air volume, adjustable size according to cardboard size sections. (Optional servo pressure free paper feeding system)
Pneumatic leveling device ensures accurate positioning of paper feeding. The left, right, and forward/backward movement of the baffle is electrically adjustable.
Equipped with a dust removal device to remove surface impurities from cardboard and improve printing quality.
Dual paper feeding roller structure.
The paper feeding roller is wrapped with polyurethane and equipped with air pressure adjustment function to prevent cardboard deformation and accurately feed the paper.
The 10.4-inch touch screen can control functions such as zeroing, document exchange, deposit certificate, counting, host start stop, paper feeding, and quantity setting of the entire machine.
Printing section
The printing roller and embossing roller are both steel surface polished and plated with hard chromium.
◆ Dynamic and static balance operation calibration test, indicating smooth operation.
The printing phase adopts variable frequency drive, planetary gear structure, and touch screen input value adjustment. (Both shutdown and operation can be adjusted)
◆ Adopting a hanging plate mechanism, easy to operate.
The loading and unloading of printing plates are equipped with foot switches to control forward and reverse rotation and adjustment.
Pneumatic butterfly brake mechanism, when the unit is separated to adjust the phase or cleaned, the brake mechanism restricts the rotation of the gear and maintains the fixed point of the original tooth position.
The paper feeding wheel is an automatic device, which adopts a rack and pinion manual moving device and is equipped with a ruler reading.
The lateral position of the plate roller can be electrically adjusted with a range of 15mm.
Each printing group is equipped with functions such as computer ink shortage alarm, ink supply by pressing, memory return by wiping board, and automatic plate lifting.
Die cutting department
The rubber pad roller and blade roller are both made of steel, with dynamic balance correction and surface grinding coated with hard chromium.
The gap between the paper guide roller and the die-cutting roller is manually adjusted using a two-stage turbine box self-locking mechanism.
The rubber pad roller line automatically compensates, and during the process, the rubber pad roller automatically moves laterally. Equipped with a rubber pad repair device, the rubber pad can be repaired flat and reused repeatedly after wear, extending its service life and reducing costs.
The rubber pad leveling mechanism can repair the rubber pad multiple times, which can significantly save costs.
The die-cutting department is equipped with a waste cleaning device: all paper scraps and edges are exported from the machine.
Optional: Servo system controls independent drive, eliminating the impact on printing accuracy and improving die-cutting accuracy.
Slotting section
Single axis double blade slotting, box height adjustment using PLC and digital electric adjustment, touch screen control
The slotting phase adopts PLC and electric digital input 360 degree adjustment, controlled by phase motor frequency converter, and can be adjusted for both shutdown and operation. (PLC and touch screen can also be used for adjustment)
The horizontal movement of the slotting knife holder and the wire pressing wheel is adjusted synchronously by electric means. PLC touch screen adjustment, direct input of carton size, automatic adjustment.
The indentation gap and tool shaft gap adjustment adopt a self-locking structure.
The slotting knife box height adjustment has an anti-collision protection device, which will not damage the machine.
The slotting knife has a width of 7mm and is made of alloy material. After heat treatment and grinding, it is a toothed slotting knife and a double piece trimming knife with sharp edges and high precision.
